Course aim:

"English Wonderland - Phonics" is a foundational phonics course designed to help young ESL learners develop early reading and spelling skills through structured phonological awareness. Using engaging activities and systematic instruction, children build confidence in blending, segmenting, and recognising sound-letter relationships, laying the groundwork for strong language development and literacy success in both school and everyday life.

Learning Outcomes:

• Recognise and articulate individual letter sounds and common sound patterns through daily phonics routines.

• Blend sounds to read simple words with increasing fluency and confidence.

• Segment and spell simple words using phonics strategies and sound-letter knowledge.
