L3 Pet Actions

Learning Objectives:

•  Apply the target sentence structures: 1. "What can your pet do?"
  Expected answer: "My pet can [run/swim/walk/sit]."
  2. "Where does your pet like to [run/swim/walk]?"
  Expected answer: "My pet likes to [action] in/at [place]."
  3. "How does your pet move?"
  Expected answer: "My pet [runs/swims/walks] [fast/slow]."
  4. Open-ended: Picture Description: "Look at these animals. What are they doing?"
  (Let children use action words)

Learning Procedure:

1. 5 mins - Greeting

- Welcome the students and set a positive tone for the day.

2. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 1

- Practice constructing sentences using target sentence structure.

3. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 2

- Engage in pair or group activities where students practice using target sentence structure.

4. 5 mins - Goodbye / Closing

- Recap the speaking activities, encourage practice, and say goodbye.
