L4 Winter Weather

Learning Objectives:

• Q: What season is it?
  A: It is winter. Winter comes after autumn and before spring.
  Q: What do we do in winter?
  A: In winter, we build snowmen, go skiing, and drink hot chocolate.
  Q: How is the weather in winter?
  A: The weather in winter is cold, often dry, and sometimes snowy. It can be freezing on some days.
  Q: What do we wear in winter?
  A: In winter, we wear warm coats, gloves, scarves, and boots to stay warm in the cold weather.

Learning Procedure:

1. 5 mins - Greeting

- Welcome the students and set a positive tone for the day.

2. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 1

- Practice constructing sentences using target sentence structure.

3. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 2

- Engage in pair or group activities where students practice using target sentence structure.

4. 5 mins - Goodbye / Closing

- Recap the speaking activities, encourage practice, and say goodbye.
