Learning Objectives:

•  Apply the target sentence structures: 1. "What do we do before Chinese New Year?"
  Expected answer: "We clean our house before Chinse New Year."
  2. "How do we clean our home?"
  Expected answer: "We [sweep/mop/wipe] the [place] with [tools]."
  3. "Who helps to clean the house?"
  Expected answer: "My [family member] helps to clean."
  "We clean together."
  4. Picture sequence: "What do we do when we clean?"
  Expected answer: "First, we sweep the floor.
  Then, we mop the floor.
  Next, we clean the windows.
  Last, we tidy up the house."

Learning Procedure:

1. 5 mins - Greeting

- Welcome the students and set a positive tone for the day.

2. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 1

- Practice constructing sentences using target sentence structure.

3. 10 mins - Speaking Activity 2

- Engage in pair or group activities where students practice using target sentence structure.

4. 5 mins - Goodbye / Closing

- Recap the speaking activities, encourage practice, and say goodbye.
