Lesson Procedure
### 3 mins - Welcome Time
• Sing the "Hello Song"
• Introduce puppet friend "Freddie the Frog"
• Practice saying "ribbit" together
### 7 mins - Discovery Chat
• Show real frog in terrarium/video
• Observe frog features:
- "What color is the frog?"
- "How does it move?"
- "What sound does it make?"
• Practice frog movements together
### 15 mins - Hands-On Challenge 1: Frog Dance
• Teach "Little Green Frog" song with actions:
- Jump like a frog
- Stick tongue out
- Swim in the pond
• Play "Freeze Frog":
- Hop when music plays
- Freeze when music stops
• Practice frog movements with ribbons
### 15 mins - Hands-On Challenge 2: Frog Path Coding
• Set up simple path with lily pad stations
• Guide frog toy movement:
- "Forward 2 jumps"
- "Dance at the lily pad"
• Children take turns giving commands
• Celebrate when frog reaches end
### 5 mins - Wrap-Up
