Age Group: 2-3 years old
Duration: 30 minutes

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Music: Students will perform the complete song with appropriate rhythm changes for mixing actions
  2. Drama: Students will demonstrate fluid movement transitions through shaking, mixing, and blending actions

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  1. Percussion instrument (brass pipe and wooden block)
  2. Toy blender/juice maker
  3. Picture cards showing mixing actions
  4. Carpet spots/markers for circle formation
  5. Colorful streamers for mixing movements
  6. Simple rhythm instruments
  7. Action sequence cards
  8. Large mixing bowl props
  9. Fruit props from previous lessons

LESSON PROCEDURES:
1. Lead Warm-up Movement (5 mins)
- Guide whole-body shaking movements with controlled energy
- Model circular mixing motions using both arms
- Demonstrate spinning movements with balance control
- Direct alternating between quick and slow mixing patterns

2. Organise Welcome Circle (5 mins)

- Arrange children in a large mixing bowl formation
- Present a mixing movement game with streamers
- Display complete juice-making sequence pictures
- Facilitate group movement patterns simulating liquid flow

3. Demonstrate Actions (5 mins)
- Break down shaking movements with controlled energy
- Show mixing motions with circular arm patterns
- Present juice-making gesture with clear completion
- Illustrate smooth transitions between all movements

4.Introduce Lyrics (5 mins)
- Show blender/mixing actions while emphasising motion words
- Present action words (shake, mix, juice) with increasing energy
- Repeat keywords connecting movements to juice-making sounds
- Connect words with flowing arm and body movements

5. Model Verse Singing (5 mins)
- Perform final verse with dynamic energy build-up
- Break down mixing movements into clear patterns
- Use props to demonstrate juice transformation
- Support rhythm with accelerating and decelerating beats

6. Guide Combined Practice (10 mins)
- Lead a complete song from the fruits to the finale

- Direct energy flow through the entire sequence
- Support smooth transitions between all verses
- Maintain engagement through a dynamic conclusion

ASSESSMENT:
1. Monitor movement flow and transitions
2. Observe complete song sequence retention
3. Track energy control during the finale
4. Note group coordination in final movements
5. Assess overall participation in full performance
