  • Card stock strips

- Large white paper sheets
- Markers/crayons
- Measuring tools (simple rulers)

• Lead "Hello Song"
• Dim room lights partially
• Create demonstration shadow
• Show light position effects

 

5 mins - Discovery Chat  

• Display standing object

7 mins - Hands-On Challenge 1: Shadow Investigation
